Free · No account required for demoEnergyBe is a free, non-commercial iOS app for Belgian households that visualises electricity and gas consumption from Fluvius smart meters. It has no backend server — all data stays on your device.
Want to explore first? Tap Try Demo on the login screen to see the app with realistic Belgian sample data — no Fluvius account needed.
EnergyBe uses the same credentials as mijn.fluvius.be. Things to try:
EnergyBe requires at least one digital smart meter linked to your Fluvius account. Analogue or not-yet-activated meters are not supported. Verify your meters are visible on mijn.fluvius.be under "Mijn verbruik". If they are, please contact us so we can investigate.
Fluvius typically makes meter data available with a 24–48 hour delay. Data for yesterday may not yet be on their servers. Pull down on the Charts screen to force a refresh. If the gap is longer than 3 days, check mijn.fluvius.be directly to see whether Fluvius is reporting a communication issue with your meter.
This is by design. Fluvius does not provide hourly gas readings — gas is metered at daily resolution. EnergyBe shows gas data from the Week granularity onwards.
Yes — in Belgium, Fluvius is the distribution system operator for Flanders and manages the smart meter network regardless of which energy supplier you've chosen. If you live in Flanders and have a digital meter, you have a Fluvius account.
Wallonia (ORES / RESA) and Brussels (Sibelga) are not currently supported.
Go to Profile → Privacy → Use Face ID (or Touch ID). After enabling it, the app will ask you to authenticate each time it comes back to the foreground. You can disable it at any time from the same screen.
Go to Profile → Energy Rates. Enter the rates from your energy supplier's invoice (€/kWh). EnergyBe ships with Belgian average rates as defaults. Tap Reset to Belgian averages at any time to revert.
Go to Profile → Delete Account & Data. This permanently removes all credentials, meter identifiers, cached energy readings, and preferences from your device. Because EnergyBe has no backend, there is nothing stored elsewhere to delete.
No. EnergyBe has no developer-controlled server. Your
credentials are transmitted only to login.fluvius.be
over HTTPS, and your meter data is cached on your device only.
See the full Privacy Policy for
details.
The widget is populated from the app's local cache. Open EnergyBe, go to the Charts screen, and pull down to refresh your data. The widget should update shortly after the refresh completes.
If it still shows no data, remove the widget from your Home Screen and add it again.
